RCRCC Meeting Minutes for April 10th 2012

 

8:00 PM - Ed Johnson opens the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.
 

Minutes from the last meeting read.
 

Old Business - Dick Tax wants to know who has the club's 503c paperwork. Why? Nobody knows.
 

Field Rules - No smoking at the field! This rule will be strictly enforced by the club, and the Landfill management.
If you are charging batteries from the car, you need a 10ft extension. You are not allowed to charge inside the car or in the engine compartment. Observe speed limit (12 mph) once inside the landfill.
 

Club will look into rechargeable water fire extinguishers.
 

Float fly scheduled for Monday April 16th weather permitting.
 

New provisional member George Gera was introduced.
 

8:30 PM - Meeting closed by Ed Johnson and the swap sale began.
