Frequency Update... |
January 12, 2007
Dan Dispenza was in touch with the FCC and asked for a 5 mile radius check of the field in Clarkstown, covering the frequency range 72.0 through 73.00 MHz. They answered with a list of 7 ACTIVE users, fixed station and MOBILE all adjacent to our flying frequencies which could effect R/C channels 17 through 30. Because these are contiguous frequencies, this could cause interference on these channels and the intermittent pick up of voice transmissions when we monitor this section of the band. As more information becomes available, it will be posted here.
